    ● Student Information: Age, grade, dietary needs, medical considerations, and passport/ID details (for international travel).

    ● Register students for trips and process payments.

    ● Communicate with families and group leaders.

    ● Share trip details, itineraries, and emergency updates.

    Travel Partners: Airlines, hotels, bus companies, and activity providers to arrange travel.

    Emergency Services: If needed for student safety or medical situations.

Terms & Conditions & Chaperone Policy

  • ● A non-refundable down payment of 30% of the total trip cost is required upon signing up.

    ● The remaining balance is due 30 days before the trip.

    ● Failure to pay the balance by the deadline may result in forfeited participation.

  • ● The 30% down payment is non-refundable.

    ● Payments made after the balance deadline (30 days before the trip) are also non-refundable.

    ●  Because our reservations and logistics are secured well in advance, we cannot offer exceptions to this policy.

  • ●  All participants must follow the trip rules, safety guidelines, and instructions from staff and teachers.

    ● Unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the trip at the participant’s expense.

    ●  B&G reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to emergencies, delays, closures, or weather conditions while keeping safety and enjoyment the top priority.

  • ●  While B&G carefully vets all transportation, lodging, and activity partners, we are not liable for acts or omissions of third parties (airlines, hotels, bus companies, etc.).

    ●  By registering, participants and guardians acknowledge the inherent risks of travel and agree to provide accurate medical and emergency information

  • ●  All student trips are led by classroom teachers, supported by trained B&G staff.

    ●  Teachers provide familiarity and guidance, while our coordinators manage logistics, safety procedures, and day-to-day details.

  • ●  Parents do not attend trips as chaperones. These experiences are designed to help students grow in independence while remaining under the care of trusted teachers and professional staff.

    ●  Parents are kept informed through pre-trip meetings, detailed materials, and regular updates

    during travel.

    ●  Parents play an important role in preparing students for responsible and respectful participation.

  • ●  Every trip follows recommended adult-to-student ratios for student travel.

    ●  Teachers and staff are trained in supervision, safety, and emergency response.

    ●  All trips include 24/7 adult supervision and support.

  • By signing up for a B&G program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge our Chaperone Policy. These guidelines ensure fairness, safety, and the best possible travel experience for all participants.
